Experience the magic of Sound Scholars™ during our Family Night!
One of the best parts of Sound Scholars is seeing the relationships that form not only between the students, but their families who celebrate birthdays and lost teeth, and share stories about everything from Santa to Star Wars during classes and class assignments. We’re excited to share that magic during our winter family night, a special 45-minute class on 12/21 at 5:30 PM (Pacific.) We welcome all past and current students, their families and friends, as well as community members who are curious about our Sound Scholars program to join us!
Explore how music is used for celebration and traditions:
Join teaching artists Miss Jennifer and Mr. Matthew along with program assistant Miss Heidi for a 45 minute class with fun seasonal games and lessons, including an age-appropriate lesson on Winter Solstice and ways that music is used for celebration and creating holiday traditions. We’ll also share activities that can be done after class to continue the learning!
